Rep. Zeldin Meets with American Cancer Society
Washington, DC - On Tuesday, September 12, 2017, Congressman Lee Zeldin (R, NY-1) met in his Washington, DC office with members of the American Cancer Society from Long Island, including NY-1 constituent, Stephanie Chapelliquen of Miller Place. The American Cancer Society is an organization dedicated to ending cancer through research and patient support. Topics of discussion during the meeting included funding for the National Cancer Institute (NCI) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and several pieces of healthcare legislation.
